Julia was very excited to meet baby Jake! It was just difficult to leave him and Mommy in the hospital for two days.

My Dad was my first visitor at the hospital!! This was really amazing and an answer to prayer. It was my desire to have one of my parents make it to the hospital with this baby.... my Dad booked a ticket about 4 months ago... he arrived the DAY Jake was born, about 1 1/2 hours after his birth!!! My Dad called after landing in Santa Barbara to learn I was in the hospital holding my new baby! He came straight to the hospital... really special!
