Grammy & Papa & Abby

Grammy and Papa just spent a few days with us on their way home from Palm Springs.

A fun time with Abby! Grammy and Papa put the two friends in Julia's jogger, good thing they are small girls! There were lots of giggles. Good thing Daddy was home to take some pictures.

Julia calls Abby, Babby right now.

Julia loves her friends and often asks for Susan, Ha (sahara), Chase (neighbor boy), Parker... to name a few. She feeds her babies pretend food and milk. She is working at walking up the stairs and dressing herself, although she gets frustrated when she can't get things on or off. She just started calling me Mammy instead of Mama, and has been calling Shawn Daddy for a few weeks. Last night she slept on a mattress on the floor for the first time - I can't believe she stayed on it all night! We are getting ready to give her crib to baby boy.... Jonny!! That's what we have been calling him... and that's the way Shawn spells his name! When we ask Julia where Jonny is, she often points to her belly, then mine.

Palm Springs

We went to visit papa and Grammy (Shawn's parents) for a couple days in Palm Springs. Julia love the deck outside, she could watch for ducks in the pond.

Uncle Claude & Aunt Beryl

My Uncle Claude & Aunt Beryl came to visit us from Ontario, Canada; here we are at the Goleta Pier. We had a great time! While they were here, on this day, we found out we are having a BOY! We are both excited, especially Shawn! Everything looked great in our ultrasound, thank you Lord!!! I was supposed to post the video the day of the ultrasound, about 6 weeks ago now, sorry!!! I've been distracted with other things and could not figure out how to post that video when I did try. You will see him when he arrives!
